It is the story of Pedro, who after being passed over by his brothers, wanders the world in search of a better life, but on the way, finds children who eventually conquer it, and in order to help them, he passes scamming other people he met along the way, telling lies, however, always with the goal of helping him new friends. And kills a cow.

Sérgio Mallandro is chosen by an alien to be the one to receive special powers to do good. But before that he must prove his worth and kind heart by rescuing a girl's pet. Along the way, he is frequently hampered by an envious villain.

Gabriel Veyre was a cinematographer for the Lumière brothers and an inventor of cinema. Travelling with his camera, he was dedicated to capturing the wonderful vitality of the world around him on film for the first time. The first set of films, produced between 1896 and 1900, were shot in locations ranging from France to Indochina, Mexico, Japan and Canada, and are presented in restored copies. The second set of films were shot in Morocco between 1934 and 1935. These colour films reveal not only the conditions of life in the country, but also Veyre’s agile and sensitive approach to filmmaking.

Two twins live together and lead a slightly surreal life, annoying their snobby next-door neighbor and getting into frequent trouble with the local constable.
